Wanting something a bit more from your Nordic Walking sessions??  Let's step the pace up a bit with Sarah's Tone & Burn Sessions! Whether you are just pushing your fitness levels or preparing for a longer trail or looking towards completing and Ultra Marathon these sessions are for you.  All fitness levels are catered for so don't be afraid to join in!


Tone shape, recuperate... 


Sessions will cater for those with a fitness goal in mind. Let Sarah know prior to the session if you are in training for an event or what your goals are so the session can be tailored accordingly. Those wishing to push themselves further will enjoy a variety of challenges focusing on core stability, balance and muscle toning.


Wednesdays & Fridays


Sarah's NEW Tone & Burn BLT Sessions! No not bacon, lettuce and tomato but focusing on bums, legs or tums. Some weeks all three! WL3 walks with targeted exercises along the way. Don't be afraid, all ages and abilities catered for. Get those legs ready for shorts!
