During our Technique Sessions, we concentrate on the INWA 10 steps of Nordic Walking.  These sessions are designed to help perfect your technique so that you can the very most out of your Nordic Walking Sessions.  Starting with a short filming session so you can look at your technique before we start we discuss where you are in the 10 steps and what we can do to improve your technique. Using drills and practise we use the session to perfect your Nordic Walking Technique. The better your technique the more energy and muscles you will use helping you tone and lose weight.
