Level 1 - Gentle
Level 1 walks are our gentlest Nordic walks, designed for a relaxed and steady pace. Routes are smooth and straightforward, without hills or obstacles, and usually last between 30 and 60 minutes. There is always time for pauses if needed. Ideal for building confidence, improving technique and enjoying fresh air in a supportive setting.

Level 2 - Steady
Level 2 walks offer a steady and purposeful pace on slightly longer routes. Expect gentle hills and the occasional stile, adding variety without feeling overwhelming. These walks help build strength and fitness while keeping the group connected and comfortable. A great choice for those ready for a little more challenge while still enjoying the scenery.

Level 3 - Moderate
Level 3 walks are brisk and energising, with hills and varied terrain to keep things interesting. The pace is stronger and more dynamic, offering a satisfying challenge underfoot. Your Instructor ensures the group stays together and supported throughout. Ideal for those who enjoy pushing themselves while staying part of a friendly and inclusive group.

Level 4 - Challenging
Level 4 walks are our longest and most demanding Nordic walking experiences. Available as half or full day routes, they cover greater distances at a strong, steady pace. Expect hills, stiles and varied terrain throughout. Designed for experienced walkers, these walks build stamina and resilience while exploring more of Cornwall’s coastline and countryside.
